Usage Duration: It is advisable to use for 1 - 2 days in summer and 3 - 5 days in winter. However, depending on individual usage habits and environmental conditions, the duration time may vary. 

Usage Method: First, clean your ears before using. Then, gently twist the incision and use tweezers to take off the patch. Stick them one by one according to the corresponding correct acupoints or the required parts, and press firmly with your finger pulp gently.

Precautions: This product is for single use. Keep the skin hygienic and replace it regularly. Due to different personal constitutions, small black spots, skin breakage or blisters may appear after use, which are mostly manifestations of body dampness being discharged. Just clean them with cotton swabs, and they will heal naturally in a few days.
