As ERfit ear patches are personal care products that come into direct contact with the skin, returned items cannot be resold.

To protect consumer health and reduce unnecessary waste, ERfit DOES NOT accept returns or exchanges unless the product has a verified quality issue. Please contact us if you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, and our support team will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
